With the use of a selected legal team, we will aid in creating legal documentation outlines and help develop a draft of the Disclosure Statement and all appropriate appendixes and exhibits. In regard to construction, we will help to determine phasing, timing and schedules for inclusion. During this process we will maintain a proper timeline and ensure appropriate courses of action based on varying legal policy statements within the Development Marketing Act.

We interview financial institutions and arrange the most desirable take out financing packages appropriate for the offering. Finally, we will coordinate for an appropriate lender team to assist purchasers, both on and offsite that may require financing.

This includes deficiency walk through inspection coordination, deficiency completion schedule, key and entry system, turnover to purchasers, ensuring that all warranty information is appropriately completed and forwarded to the appropriate organizations and individuals, liaising with the property management group to ensure a smooth building management transition, coordinating with construction and management to help finalize owner’s manual, helping to coordinate after completion service, and act as a buffer between the purchaser and developer should any issues arise.
