Focusing on the marketing of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developments, The Agency is dedicated to obtaining the most profitable result for our client, the Developer. At The Agency, we conduct our business in a fair and honourable manner, and achieve superior results based on client goals, through detailed market knowledge and analysis combined with highly effective yet cost-efficient marketing management and sales. The Agency strives to exceed the expectations of each client by providing the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and service.
Adherence to this mission statement has collectively enabled the management team of The Agency to have successfully sold and marketed over 11,000 homes worth in excess of $6 billion to date.

A Partner of TRG Realty Group, Michael Sikich is also the Sole Founder and President of The Agency Marketing Group. Michael oversees all aspects of The Agency Marketing Group business operations and guides the company’s strategic planning and marketing growth initiatives. Michael has had an extensive and distinguished portfolio portraying several thousand units with over several billion dollars worth of sales revenue throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Michael’s experience spans over twenty years in the development and execution of residential and mixed-use Real Estate projects, syndication, and Real Estate investment marketing packages.
Partnering with his wife, Michael was chair of the Advisory Board for the Diamond Ball in 2009, which is now known as the Daffodil Ball, and helped to successfully raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Cancer research. Michael is the Director of the Kiwanis Club of the Pacific, and has been raising funds for various charity organizations for over twenty years. Today, he is an official mentor with The Boys Club Network, a non-profit mentoring network focusing on guiding underprivileged Canadian youth to their greatest potential.

Vice President
Darryl Price brings an abundance of skill and knowledge to his role as Senior Operations Manager of The Agency Real Estate Marketing Group. Darryl has repeatedly established himself as a knowledgeable and skilled Real Estate professional since he became licensed over 30 years ago. Concentrating on multi-family developments beginning in 1989, Darryl has been directly involved in the marketing and sales of thousands of strata-titled pre-construction condominium units, rental conversions, and bare land strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland and the Interior of British Columbia. He consistently creates efficiently targeted marketing programs and ensures that sales teams execute as designed.
Under Darryl’s direction, The Agency Real Estate Marketing Group has brought to market some of the most exciting developments in Vancouver. With a Business Finance education, a background in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, and proficiency in construction and project management, Darryl contributes expertise at every stage of the development cycle.

The combination of these two recruitment sources permits us to select a Sales Staff with a strong project track record that is best suited to each particular project.
